In partnership with Le Monde d’Alizée, we offer you a day of (re ) connection with yourself, nature and horses!

This day is aimed at experienced riders/yogis as well as beginner riders/yogis: we will operate with two groups so that everyone feels comfortable.

Why associate yoga with his equestrian practice?

To prepare your body for a sports discipline, to open & relax the muscles that are used on horseback, but also to better manage your emotions, reconnect with your deep nature, find your alignment and thus better live your relationship with the horse.

Program:
8:45 a.m.: welcome and presentation of the program
9am-11.15am: yoga for beginner riders / passion ride for experienced riders
11.30am-1pm: vegetarian and organic brunch (homemade by Alizée!)
2 p.m.-4.15 p.m.: yoga for experienced riders / discovery ride for beginner riders
4:30 p.m.: debriefing and snack

Price:
€130 per day (€50 for horseback riding and €80 for yoga/brunch/tea). If you book the horseback ride online, the remaining €80 will be paid on site directly to Alizée.

How online registration works:
Confirmed riders, book the morning slot from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (you will automatically be registered for yoga in the afternoon)
Beginner riders, book the afternoon slot from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (you will automatically be registered for yoga in the morning)
